Construction: 
Dietary Systems Wax core Vare Platewarmer is constructed of high grade 18/8 stainless steel. Double walled and welded to prevent leakage of wax core heat accumulator. Indented to avoid expansion and warping.

Design Features: 
The wax core heat accumulator allows for even heat distribution and insures heat retention to "Keep Hot Food Hot" from kitchen to patient dining area. Dietary Systems Vare Platewarmer will accept any standard 9" dish; disposable or plastic plate that meet dimensional and heat retention requirements.
