Purpose:  Provides a simple, efficient method of moving trays between stations as they are being made up.  
Construction:  Conveyor bed, wheel pans and optional wire raceway are made of polished stainless steel. Legs are 1-5/8" diameter polished stainless steel cross members and leg sockets. Number of legs are dependent on length of conveyor. Rollers and skate wheels are made of PVC with stainless steel ball bearings for durability.  
Optional:  Wire raceway which allows for one electric connection to provide power for heated support equipment along tray line. Raintight 125 AMP, 208V, 3 phase load center supplying power to outlets in raceway. Number, location and type of outlet are configured to satisfy customer's unique requirements. Heavy duty, 5", urethane, swivel casters with Maxi Lok brakes may be placed on legs to increase mobility. Skate wheels can be used in place of rollers.
