Purpose: 
Provides multi-compartment hot food dispensing singularly or tray assembly line.  
Construction: 
Type 304 stainless steel used throughout. Wells are designed to accommodate standard inserts up to 6" deep. Unit is supported by 1-1/2" tubular stainless steel legs.  
Design Features: 
Each well's heating element is individually controlled. Conveniently recessed front panel controls with neon indicator lights. Wells have ease of cleaning, inserts can be easily removed. Can be utilized wet or dry. All units have a heavy duty undershelf. Unit has enclosed base. Optional heated base cabinet for storage of back-up hot food.  
Mobility/Handling: 
Recessed and push-pull bar allows for easy movement on 4" Maxi-Lok swivel casters. two casters are provided with brakes. 
Power Compatibility: 
208/240 V single phase, provided with 6 foot supply cord. Each well is heated with a 1600 watt thermostatically controlled element.
