Purpose:
To keep foods hot.
Construction:
Base and cover of high grade 18/8 stainless steel. Vare` Platewarmer is double walled and insulated (fiberglass) with heat accumulator which is built-in to prevent internal movement.
Design Features:
Permanently fixed heat accumulator prevents rattles, insures even heat retention and guards against injury to personnel or damge to contacted surfaces. The Vare` Platewarmer is intended to prevent expansion and warping. The stainless steel lid can be heated and is vented to eliminate condensation. Vare` Platewarmer is designed to accept any standard 9" dish.

Round Vare` Platewarmer accept china or disposable plates that meet dimensional and heat retention requirements.
