Purpose: Provides for smooth transport of meal service from kitchen to patient bedside. Construction: Cabinet- all welded Type 304 stainless steel. Chaisis- fully welded Type 304 stainless steel. Design Features: Tray cart is designed for efficiency and flexibility. Hinged doors swing back 270 degrees and can be firmly latched to side of cart. Doors are provided with positive action latches and magnets so that doors are securely closed for maximum safety when cart is in motion. Channel type tray slide prevents trays from accidentally tipping. Removable tray slides for easy cleaning. Floor pitched to drain with close/open flap. Continuous wrap around bumper buffers against wall shock. Optional: (A) Tandem pushing or pulling (B) Galley Rail (C) Colored Panels including doors are available Mobility/Handling: Push/pull handle is 1 inch tubular steel conveniently located on top deck to provide easy movement on 4 heavy duty 6" Supersoft (tm) polyurethane non-marking tire casters which guarantee vibration free transport. (2 swivel - 2 rigid). 32,36, and 40 tray models have recessed push/pull handle on cart ends. Optional: (A) 4-8 inch casters, 2 rigid - 2 swivel Capacity/Dimensions: Accomodates 15X20 or 14X18 trays. Side load 2 trays per slide on 5" spacing. Spacers are included at no extra cost. For trays other than these sizes, specifications should be submitted. |
